Only 96 Days To Go!

So we're down to double digits now and the heat is on! We started off Columbus weekend by taking Chase on a beautiful drive down the Kancamangus Highway in the White Mountains. It is very well known for its amazing foliage during the fall. We went to Men's Wearhouse yesterday and decided on the tuxes/suits for all of the guys in the wedding party. I even had a small personal victory getting a bow-tie for myself and the ring bearers, but the rest of the guys will have straight ties(sorry Tim). Today was spent by all three of us cleaning up the house. Chase even helped clean out some old toys from his toy box, which took longer than planned as he had to play with each one before throwing it out or placing it in the charity box. We also have less than 3 weeks until we are down in GA for the next stage of plans with the dress, make-up, hair, cake, and reception.  It will be a busy week but we do have some time set aside for fun at Matt and Laura's wedding and our shower in Cumming. We are really excited to get down and see everyone as well as getting closer to finalizing our wedding, hopefully even get to a World Series game. We have been diligently working to wrap up some of the smaller details like favors for the reception and music for the dances. While we can't wait for the months to fly by, it sometimes feels like we have so much to do in so little time.

Getting close

With the summer over and 4 months to go we are busy busy getting everything together. I have my first tattoo removal session this week hoping it fades decent enough for an updo before the wedding but if not i will go hair down. We also have our church retreat next weekend finally, and cutting it close but with one cancelled on us and Bryans busy job we are lucky to get into this one last minute. Chase started his 3rd grade school year and Bryan took his first class test last week, we have fingers crossed he will advance in the next few months. With our decision to stay in NH for a few extra months we have A lot to do from far away so we will be doing some traveling back and forth to Georgia starting the first week of November. We can't wait to see everyone and get some much needed wedding appointments accomplished. With that said it is just about shower time, with so many people we love being in so many locations two showers have been schedualed...with my family and friends planning a small one here in NH for me in October and Bryans family and friends planning a couples one in Georgia in November. No no this doesn't mean two Bachelor or Bachelorette parties are in our future as of now just the one down south a week before the big day.

6 MONTHS TO GO

With just about 6 months until the big day we have sent out the save the dates and launched or website. Planning the wedding from such a distance has been crazy but luckily Bryan has 3 sisters and his mom back home who have been awesome! We are now planning another trip back for November when my dress finally gets here for my fitting and some other last minute appointments. Just in time to hopefully make it to Matt and Lauras wedding! Two birds one stone.
